Do you know that feeling of having your thoughts racing and you can't calm them down? Those times when we dream of "clearing our heads"!
This audio accompaniment is an exercise linking self-hypnosis and breathing, in order to put each thought in its place, and start again on a healthier basis. It lasts about 25 minutes, and all you have to do is let yourself be guided.
I use it on myself when necessary, as well as in hypnosis sessions when the person is overwhelmed by the flow of their own thoughts.
